08 Tundra/Sequoia driver front noise

    Trying to figure out what in the world this noise is. Just started seemingly a day or two ago, havent changed anything on the truck in over a month.

    it sounds almost like a plastic flapper on a roulette table or prize wheel lol. Weird thing is though when spun freely jacked up, the only noise is a quieter "rub rub" from the driver axle/needle bearing area.

    i was leaning towards the needle bearing being the culprit but this doesnt sounds like a growl or hum, its like something is rubbing the tire - but theres literally nothing touching.

    also it happens at any speed and goes away when i hit the breaks
