08 Low beam HL , Relay power from ?

My hi beams work, low beams don't. I'm retired electrician and yes all relays ok, fuses checked. In the large fuse block under the hood are hi and low HL relays. I have found the +12v pin (which is hot) for the hi relay in the relay socket base. However the corresponding pin in the socket base for the low relay is dead. It is a small job to turn over the fuse block to see what feeds that pin, I have 4 mounting screws out with no avail. Is someone knowledgeable or have schematic? Thanks for any help.
