07 Tundra sounds like water trickling on startup

2007 Metallic Blue Tundra SR5, 3URFE Engine

Anyone experience the sound of water running behind their dash after cranking their Tundra? Sound can be heard towards end of video. Assumed it was heater core but topped off coolant and it’s still making the sound.
