My truck started a few days ago where if you give it more than 25% gas pedal the rpms will go to around 3000 but truck feels like it's going nowhere. Showing no codes but I can unhook battery for a few minutes and it will go back to normal. Usually have to do this once a day but after I unhook battery it is fine the rest of the day. Any ideas?

Sounds like limp mode, like the dreaded SAIP failure... maybe you cleared the code when you disconnected the battery...

I checked it before I disconnected the battery. Whatever it is gets reset when battery gets disconnected. Just no clue on what it could be to not be throwing a code

My 2008 is in limp mode. All codes have been cleared but shows nothing about any errors or codes to suggest it’s in limp mode. It will not got over 25% throttle and I keep throwing money into it but nothing seems to get it out of limp mode. It does have a bullydog chip system don’t know if that’s relevant but please help anyone!!
