Neither of my tow mirrors will fold. As I look at the schematic it appears that it passes through an ECU to control them. Both can be folded manually just fine, but there is nothing when trying to operate the power. No noise, grind, or bind. Is there a common, known, point of failure that I should start with? The other mirror functions operate. I'm hesitant to believe it is the mirror since it is both sides.
