My 07 cranks but no start and no codes. All relays, fuses good. 12v to fuel pump turned it on but not otherwise and no pressure prior to direct power. New battery and new fuel pump control module (thought module was issue and battery just ruled it out). Now 4lo light flashes and battery light on and error on scan tool too. Have Hewitt bypass so afraid to take it to dealer/shop and has to be towed. I don't have time to keep trouble shooting and it could be ECM. I have read to check every sensor on 5v system. How can I test ECM? Any ideas on what it could be?

You said you have power at the fuel pump but no pressure . Sounds like it might be the pump . Most fuel pump problems I've come across will stop working and won't throw any codes. I'd scan it check for codes and maybe try a pump .

I jumped the pump straight from the battery and it turned on. That among other tests is what led me to the module. Now I am thinking there is more to it.

I got it fixed. The things I did are below.
    New battery
    New terminals
    New fuel pump control module
25 Amp fuse on fuel injection circuit (blew after new control module)
    Cleaned throttle body
    Cleaned MAF sensor
    Cleaned intake, filter.
After I got it running I changed all spark plugs since I was planning too anyway and had them in the garage. Runs fantastic now.
