I just recently found a slightly used one on craigslist and bought it for $300, the guy's wife didn't like the touchscreen for the A/C controls, his loss my gain. Phoenix support is mediocre at best so far for me, I've been trying to purchase a replacement harness for the video for almost 3 weeks now and can't get them to answer the phone or email me back. I did an update and it made the headunit unusable by blanking out the screen, I worked with phoenix for almost 2 hours with no results (they were going to let me return it and they would fix or replace under warranty). I had a guy from Russia that sells custom firmware for the unit help me and he had my unit back working in about 15 mins, I bought his custom firmware and now the radio works so much better than the original. Join the Facebook group "Toyota tundra-Tesla Unit (Tips,Tricks,Updates)" and talk to users there. I love mine, but it is one of those things you will either love it or hate it. The only thing I do not like is it takes 1-2 minutes to boot up once you turn the car on, but I have been able to adjust to that and can live with it. There are some finicky settings, but the folks on the Facebook group are very helpful at supporting each other.

I've had mine for a year and a half and I love it. There are a few quirks and if you're not big on putting a little time into figuring them out then you won't like it.
