Looking at a set of bilstein 4600s for my truck. The store offers the option of eibach coil springs. Is there any real benefit to them?

Personally I would be hesitant of what the "generic" coil is that they would use. You could always call and ask. Eibach springs are used across the board by most (if not all) shock companies. They are a good solid spring. Since you're looking to getting stock replacement shocks, I would stay away from the 700# springs.
