06 1st gen front bumper replacement

So got in a bit of fender bender front drivers side. Purchased a replacement front fender and was looking for a front bumper replacement. I saw a bumper on Pinterest that was a full wrap around. Meaning the bumper wraps around the front fenders eliminating the need for the additional small fender flair that’s mounts in front of the front wheel. Tried to contact the owner but little info was available and received no reply.
Any of you pros know if this is custom or available over the counter and where?
