I actually made a typo. The winter tires are 265/75/R16. The summers are 265/70/R17. I have no rubbing issues.

    Updated OP.

It's almost that time of year when I can start tinkering on things again. I've updated and expanded the To Do list.

Hopefully I'll have a bit more time and money available this year to keep plugging away at that list. I've been eyeballing upgrading to a 3rd gen (I know, I know...) but with the economy in the toilet for the foreseeable future and the prices of trucks spiralling out of control, it's not happening. I'm going to pump a bunch of money into this truck and drive it for a few more years. I'm not getting into a newer truck for less than $35K. $5K would get this truck in excellent shape. $10K would bring it to incredible status. I'm even considering having it repainted to fend off any rust issues, since I have a ton of rock chips but no real rust. To be totally honest, I'd rather spent $10K on this truck and $20K on a new boat so there's that too...

I started out small yesterday by adding 17HP with a ToyoMafia sticker, courtesy of @Swfltoyomafia

Updated To-Do list with a few minor things. Household consensus is that I'm going to dump $5K - $6K into this truck over this summer to bring it fully back to life and then drive it for another couple years while settling finances, watching the economy and waiting to see what the 2022 Tundra comes out like.

Just got the truck back from the shop:

    - steering rack
    - accessory belt
    - block heater
    - t-case rear seal
    - carrier bearing
    - leaf springs
    - sumo springs
    - parking brake actuators
    - muffler

I went with a 4 leaf pack over the factory 3 leaf since it was only $20 more. The Sumo Springs have loads of clearance and so far the ride is no different than stock. The new leafs have brougt the rear end up a bit so the truck has a slight rake which will be nice when I put a load in or tow a trailer.
