My first major mod was to supercharge or lift. I didn't want to pay for premium fuel so I decided to install the 7" BDS lift w/ Bilstein 5100 shocks, 20x10 Fuel Mavericks with 35x12.5 Terra grapplers.

List of current mods- Custom length ADS 2.5" coilovers w/res, modified TC UCA's, custom length Coach Builder tie rod ends, ADS rear shocks 2.5", TRD rear sway bar, ESP under seat storage, diff breather mod, home made SABM with AFE dry filter, N-Fab hoop steps, PRO grill and shift knob, Hyper Tech calibrator.

20170504_172534.jpgATTACH=full]112952[/ATTACH] IMAG1264.jpg IMAG1265.jpg IMAG1267.jpg N-Fab RSP bumper with SmittyBilt winch, LED bar. Bumper mounting holes didn't line up with the bracket bolts on the truck frame. N-Fab and the vendor weren't much help so I had to have the holes moved in about 1/16" on both sides. The Winch control box didn't fit attached to the winch mount while attached to the bumper. I had to have brackets made to attach the control box to the bumper.

bushings.jpgI would throw the wheel alignment after any decent sized hit and the truck would make a knocking noise when making sharp turns at an almost stand still. Ended up being my steering rack bushings so I replaced with poly. The dealer wanted $2700 to replace by pulling the motor and an independent shop wanted $900. I ended up paying $350 to a fabricator, notches were made for easy access incase they need replaced again. The skid plate has also taken a beating.
