I have a general question. How much is my 04 sr5 double cab 4x4 worth? Rust free body and frame, clean interior, everything works just fine. High miles 324k. Kinda tired of my kids borrowing it and returning it low on gas. I have my 2018, so this one is just a backup. Even has newish BFGs on it. I'm in Iowa and these things are rare as hen's teeth rust free. Offered to sell it to my son and his wife would rather buy a new one....

There is a thread on this forum with finds from other sites. It will show you that clean 4x4s are going significantly above Blue Book. Recommend you post pics of the engine, drivetrain, suspension and several views of the frame from underneath to give a true picture of how rust free it is. How recently the timing belt and lower ball joints were done will also impact its value.

Yeah, to @bfunke's point, the owner of this truck said it was "rust free" also, and the long framerails looked spotless, as did a lot of the suspension. Then ... oops. Two big fat farkin' holes straight thru the frame hidden behind the front driver splash guard, below the brake booster. Something a buyer would've easily missed, until the frame cracked in half a year or two down the road.

Mine is a southern truck, I'm a retired ASE certified mechanic and had her on the hoist several times. Even oil the frame and body every winter. NOPE no rust.

As long as nobody is scared off by the mileage (i.e. they know what the truck will do), and it's nicely optioned, in good physical condition, I could see you getting $11k-13k from the right buyer given it's 4WD.
