Im fed up and trying to mobilize all us Tundra owners F ed over with obvious frame issues that Toyota is ignoring. I emailed the attorney that one won the last big suit. If he is not interested then I will find one who is but we have to start gathering numbers of people involved.

Have you tried taking your truck into multiple dealerships? Most places will do it because they get good money out of it . Good luck.
