So I just got to do two mods that I thought that I might share as somebody else mat want to also do it.
First I got some Rokblokz MudFlaps there pretty sweet, I've had them on for almost a week and gotta say there pretty good so far.

I also changed the shifter to a Taco TRD shifter and added a shift boot, and it looks pretty good.

Very interesting on the Tacoma mod, good thinking. How'd you secure the boot?

There are several of us, me included who have done this. You pop the silver piece off, slide the boot over the shifter rod, put the silver piece back on and pop it in place, it holds the boot. About 5 minutes tops. It doesn't look good at all with the tundra shift knob. Using the Tacoma knob, there is 2 little white pieces of plastic that needs to be cut off the bottom of the shifter, so the boot slides up to the bottom of the shifter.

Sweet. That shift boot reminds me of my 94’ Celica from back in high school. Got a link to that specific boot?

Honestly the install isn't that hard, the hardest part really is running the wires through the tailgate, and I just tied the wires to a stick and pulled them out a hole the tailgate has beside the reverse camera harness.

    Looks great.

How does the spoiler feels. I have airdesign and its hollow inside and feels very soft. I had to add spay foam inside of it to make it full minimize the flex.

Feels pretty sturdy, the only thing I would say is not use the mounting tape, but otherwise I would say it's 10/10
