What leaving kits is everybody using? Can you guys post pics, and price, and results from it? Thinking about putting one on mine but can’t decide which one.

Spacers are frowned upon. Adjustable coilovers generally make more sense.

How many miles are on your current front shocks?
If they are older - might as well go coilovers.
Especially if you’re not doing the labor yourself. (Paying labor to install spacers, then when the shocks go to shit in 10K miles you have to pay labor again).

    Buy once, cry once.

I agree and wasn’t trying to start a debate.
I just noticed he was in a 2010 year rig. I’m guessing if he’s in stock form, his shocks are just about toast.
Hate to see him spend hundreds of dollars, twice.
He could spend a few hundred more through various options and kill two birds with one stone.

They only go about 2-1/4" at the top setting. You can add a 1/2" shim on top to get 2.75".

I think the 6110 kit is like 2.9, heavier duty strut bigger OD made more for off roaming. I don't know anyone that has that kit. I put the 5100 on my 14, on middle setting, no lift in rear, had about 3/4 of an inch difference from front to rear. Put 275 70 18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Those tires also fit on my 18 crewmax with no lift.

I'm very happy I upgraded my suspension. The ride is night and day. I agree with @Boosted4runner , if you're going to tear apart the front end anyway, and then pay to get it realigned, it might be an opportunity to put something in there that actually improves the ride performance, and not just the looks.

If yours is mainly a street truck on decent roads, 5100 on middle setting and a Coachbuilder shim is 1.57” + 0.5”, effectively leveling if your back isn’t raised (TRD Pros are 2” higher in the front and look leveled). You can check your current ground to the top of the wheel well distances x4 to be sure. Note that if you make these equal, the roof line may give the illusion of a slight Cali lean. A mild rake has it looking level.

Putting the 5100 clip from mid to highest will harshen the ride progressively. The clip cannot be adjusted once installed.

The cost of a couple of 5100’s is really not bad compared to spacers.

I bought mine with a 3/1 spacer leveling kit. The guy had 285s on but I decided to put BFG KO2 315s. All I had to do is bend the corners of the skid plate over to keep them from rubbing. I've owned a bunch of Land Crusiers that I actually took off road and always used OME lifts. My Tundra is for pulling my bass boat but if I ever start doing a off road build, the 1st thing I will do is change the suspension out. I like the way it looks and it rides great.

Ok, this is pretty much all new to me. I've got a 2013 Crewmax, 2WD Base. I'm looking to level it and don't do any off-roading. I'm currently running 275*65*20. I don't have much $$$ to spend but love the look of level. My rear sits about 3.25" higher than the front. I would like to add an inch to the rear, probably with Toytec shackles. So... on the front I'm looking at LRO 3/1 spacer kits (don't plan on using the blocks, using shackles instead) or going with the Bilstien 5100s. But, as mentioned I'm looking to get 3" in the front.

I've read going with 5100 on middle setting and 2 shims or top setting with 1 shim. It still won't get me to 3" right? Plus isn't adding shims basically doing the same as the spacer?

I also need new tires so looking to go a little bigger just to fill in the fender space. Thinking of KO2s or Nitto Grapplers. What size can I fit with mods?

    Thanks for the info!
