Stock back up cam mirror?

Do all these mirrors have monitors in them, or just certain ones?

 

Just Certain ones. The wiring should be in place for Gen2s depending on the year. My 2010 SR5 DC came with a flip mirror. I switched to a compass/auto dimming/Homelink OEM Gentex Mirror and it required a cable to connect to the connector under the overhead console (buried up in the front of the console). I later after desiring a rear view camera for backing up safely and hooking up trailers, switched to the OEM Gentex mirror with all the previous mentioned features, plus the built in back up monitor. It does a great job and like it in the mirror as it is more natural compared to looking down at the dash like on our other vehicles for backing up.

So no, not all mirrors have the monitor, just certain ones. You have to get one that specifically has it. I believe the ones with the monitor will also have the auto dim, compass, and home-link as well.
