Need help iding correct part number for tforce screw on chrome center cap

20" Ultra Motorsports Mavericks with 30mm backspace, 305-55-20 Goodyears, ET8 painted grill surround, tube step bar, anodized horns grill emblem, weathertechs...planned mods: true duals since they stole my cats/pipes, bedliner, bed 110v, interior 110v.

None of the numbers work on sparks parts...can one of the pros put this part number in correct format for me so i can search for it. Its for a 20 inch wheel, screw on, tforce chrome cap. TIA
