I have been wanting to get some of these for the low beam and high beams for a while now. Do any of you have these? What do you think about them.

I have some. There well made and really bright. But the brights are kinda useless. They put way to high even if I adjust the leveler. Low beams work great though. Get the fogs also and you won’t need the bright lights

Wayyyy better. I did 6k low and high and added the fogs 6k also. I also have the switch backs. So my drl’s are 6k and when I use the blinker it will switch to amber then back to 6k color. It can get pricey but they are really well made. You might want to look at adding the Sequoia new headlights. Might be just a tad more money to add those.

I will definitely be getting some but you said you didn't like the high beams correct.

Hmmm? Idk then. You would think it should be the same bulb. I would talk with Vleds. They are really helpful and nice.

Just a quick update on the lights for anyone looking for info.

I got all the bulbs to replace low beam, high beams and fogs. I am very happy with the outcome.

This shot is the truck still sitting in the garage with low beams and fogs on.

Looks good. I'm jealous. Of your headlights, and that your truck fits in your garage.

Did you go with the micro evolution or the extreme's for your bulbs? I was just doing a bit of planning/researching for the wife's new 4runner that she doesn't have yet and it turns out they use the 2 bulb setup in those. I am thinking we will use the BD amber like on my Tundra(maybe the street legal ones depending on output) and get the VLEds for her headlights like mine as well. She seems to like them. She has had the truck the last few weeks. I finally get to get the Tundra next week.

Edit: She already has a pair of Squadron Sports in Spot for her ditch brackets so I won't need hi beams just the lows.

I used the Micro evolution. I was afraid the extreme would be to bright.

I didn’t know they existed till I checked after you mentioned you had two bulbs... that’s when I found out as well. I think your right I’ll probably just stick with the Evolution as well.

    Alot of them
The Leds will not work well in the 4Runners due to the side mounted projectors. We put them in the wife's 2017 4Runner. The only difference in output was the color. We also put the micros in the foglights... that where the benefit is.

Thank you for that input!! I never mod’d my 14’s headlights before I got rid of it. I have seen Kustom 54 I think for custom headlights but I doubt I’ll be willing to part with that much cash. Maybe since she has the squadron sports we will do fog’s and the ditch lights and call it good.
By the way not many George’s on here. Nice to meet another one and in case I missed your intro thread Welcome as well!
