After 5 hours of cleaning and detailing the interior. They didnt do this at the bodyshop. Dust was everywhere.

Wow that's an amazing deal. Did you get them. Tires alone are worth 800+ new , and they are really good tires. I love my Michelins. They may not looks the best but they are q wolf in sheeps clothing, oh and those wheels are becoming pretty desirable. Nice pick up right there.

No I am headed there tomorrow. I don't really need or want them on my truck, but I know they are harder to get so I might just buy and hold on to them since they are becoming harder to get. Who knows, I might want 17 inch wheels later down the road. And you are right, those Michelin tires are quite expensive too.

Drove my ass from HTX to Austin, TX to pick up my @RelentlessFabrication Stealth bumper over the weekend. Found it for sale on the Facebook market place for an absolute steal. After a little at home fab work (due to my damn body lift), got the bumper mounted and I'm in lovee! Ill fill the holes in with some 3x3 cubes for fogs, possibly a light bar in the center as I have no need for a winch. Tires will be ordered and arrive hopefully by the 1st of February, leaning toward 38x15.5s. This bumper is mean looking, but also very lowkey and sleek, which is why I love it!

PS: I am very much aware the front tires are on their last leg. Beach trips will be less eventful in the future lol Cooper MTs have been great as the rears have 50-60% tread left. Alignment was thrown off causing wear on the fronts, will be replaced soon

Just a Bed Rug and Snugtop XTRA Vision
Well, this weekend I got my Bedrug installed. Looks nice. Ordered the XTRA Vision Snugtop and am planning a nice vacation for later this year around Anasazi ruins. Ordered some of those little blocks, bolts and tie-down points I saw in another thread here, from Amazon, and a toolbox from Home Depot that I just might mount to the rail, we shall see once all the bits arrive. Still need to get a large water container and get that mounted in the bed somehow (last truck I just bungeed it in, for emergency use). On truck vacations I camp as much as possible to unplug and the layout of what I carry can make or break the experience. It's been a few years and the back roads and dirt trails are calling, I can feel it...

Let me help convince you. If u plan on keeping your truck then do as u want to it. Even if you don't plan on keeping, a mod like this, long as you take your time, do it correctly, from looking at the instructions and layout looks pretty hard to mess it up, I'm guessing everyone could appreciate having some extra storage under their rear seats. I don't really see a downside to it. If there is, I'm pretty sure even that can be over come. If u like it and want it, go for it. Not my 1st time being a bad influence.

Yep, this is spot on. If you're leasing the truck for a year and don't want to make the investment, I agree, not worth your effort as you probably won't get the money back. BUT, if you keep the truck, use it like a truck, and like high-quality shit on your rig for the lifetime of your ownership, I say do it.

You won't mess anthing up. Take your time, watch the instructional videos multiple times BEFORE starting, and then work like a surgeon. You'll be fine.

Was at the dealer for 10k service. I opted for the upgraded wash, which they didn’t charge me for since I called them out for tossing my skid plate to bumper cover bolts and tucking the bumper tabs under the skid. Made me rather pissed off when I was installing my SDHQ ABS guards and saw the dealer had done that.

So here’s how the truck looks clean :)

I like that JBL box and sub, I have mine on order, hopefully to arrive this week!!

I see you trimmed your rear floor liner...did you trim your rear floor liner because it wouldn't go up and over the ESP box? I was looking at getting this exact box, but wanted to see if my floor liner would go up and over the ESP box, so if my dog's in the back while my rear seats are up, she wouldn't scratch up the ESP box.

Was finally able to save up my Amazon cards and get the Husky liners ordered. This is my second set, first set I let go with my Tacoma. Truck came with the Toyota OEM all weathers but they just didn't provide the amount of coverage that I would like. Went ahead and threw those up on Craigslist to sale.

It might be a bit of a pain if the liner is over the box to fold it out of the way every time you want to open the lid, especially since the liner will have to be folded to the front and the lid open to the back and then you have to hold both open while trying to retrieve something from the box with your free hand, which you will not have at that point.
I cut my liner, but enough to where it is tucked in underneath the box to keep the liner pinned down in place (I have the open plastic boxes, not the metal one).

I do understand you concern about protecting the lid though - just thinking it might become a handful to handle.
