Hey, does anyone know if I can install amp boards on a 2018 Toyota Tundra. If so, how do I install it? I know that the plug n play don’t work from the 2017 have they made something that’s works on the 18s? If not what’s the alternative

I installed them on my 2016. Will be the same for 2018. You don't want plug & play - unless you don't mind your OBD port used, or spending extra money on an OBD splitter. Just wire it directly to the battery & be done with it. It's easy. The provided instructions, from what I remember, are fairly decent - they should provide you with all you need. I also used this video - pretty helpful:

Good luck. They're great running boards.

I have a 2019 that I’ve installed the steps and have wired the pass side. I’m a novice would say a level 2/3 out of 10 when it comes to wiring. My butthole puckers and I sweat. Was able to install the pass no worries. Live in Maryland and it currently minus 14 on the wind chill. 30-40 mph winds. Feels like the frozen tundra. I know, I know. Most of you live in colder states and I should just suck it up.

I’ll be wiring the driver side when it’s above 40 degrees. Very nervous about this side :(!

Yes, it was a bit difficult at first to find the proper wire. Here is a picture showing exactly which one to tap in to.

The blue arrow is pointing to the exact wire.

Is that for the driver side rear door? And it’s pointing to the red one?
