I replaced rear turn signal bulbs with LED on 2014 Tundra and now have hyper flash. Besides putting standard bulbs back in, what's the easiest solution?

    A resistor.

Or buy the expensive ones with a resistor built in;, like VLEDS.

I just left old bulbs in signals., all other lights are LEDS.

If your trying to add one. It should be a 6 ohm resister that you need per side. Remember to mount them to metal surface and not near any plastic.

From what I understand that the LED's have lower load than standard bulbs and the system basically treats it as a "light out mode" causing the hyper-flash. All of my turns/tail lights are now LED. Used the VLED Tritons in the front signals with plug and play resistors and went with the lower cost VLEDS for the rear. Had to install resistors for each side of the rear. Used the ones above tap splices and used shrink wrap on the connectors that were crimped. Works great and made a significant improvement in all the lights that were replaced. hope this helps.

    This.
Just an FYI for my previous comment about mounting them to metal and making sure they are clear from stuff... if you didn’t know the resistor burns off the excess current as heat allowing the required amount to get to the bulb. So if you just toss them in there you could have a potential for some melting of anything they come in contact with(plastic or wires)Probably a low chance unless you had your flashers on for a while but still a chance. If you have an ocd thing you could solder the connections and use heat shrink as well. If not the taps should work just fine though. Use the heat shrink where you can and try to avoid electrical tape... just a personal thing but I have found that most people hide poor electrical work with electrical tape.

There are no aftermarket LED flasher relays available?

I bought the Sirius error free led turn signals for my 17 Tundra. They have the load resistor built in. Put them in and they hyper flash. Any ideas?!?
