None yet but plenty to come.
Asking for a friend with a 2nd Gen - The truck is not blowing any air at the feet, but blows just fine on top and the middle.

Anyone else have this issue and possible fixes?

Not sure but I would guess it would be the diverter.

The actual name would probably be heater vent door actuator.

What Prostar said above. Sounds like an actuator issue.

If you have dual temp controls, make sure the passenger side is firmly set to "sync". I had it just a bump beyond sync and it looked to by set at sync but was at full cool. That really messed up my "heating" in winter. Clicked it to sync and boom heating all worked normal.
