Finally got around to putting on a new set of tires/rims on my 04 double cab. Bought a set of BFG KO2 285/70-17 and Level 8 MK6 rims (17 x 8). Bought the Bilstien 5100's, took the coils off of my old shocks and they wouldn't fit on the Bilstiens (the coils are too narrow). Found out that Monroe and Moog coils won't fit on the Bilstiens, so I had to by another set of aftermarket coils....what a pain in the butt. Anyway, I bought 1.25" spacers but didn't need them and everything clears. Best part is that I left my mudflaps on in the front and they don't touch at all going forward, only in reverse but it's not too bad of a rub.

It's amazing how much better that looks. I can't wait to do that with mine.

I like those wheels look nice. So is that at the stock ride height?

I just put 5100's on my 05 doublecab and had no problems getting what I believe are the stock springs to fit. What do you mean by too narrow, like they hit the strut shaft?

I think I have mine on the stock ride height setting.
