For now, I took the flares off. I'm searching for new rims to push the wheels out a bit more. I'll see how that looks first. If flares go back on, I'll definitely get tape or vinyl wrap to protect the paint. In the short time it was on, a lot of debris was already matted btw the rubber of the flares and paint. I'll likely color match it at well. Lesson learned for me is that I should have gotten the wheels done first, before the flares.

 

I'm looking into fuel vectors. I think it has -20 offset.
