My automatic door locks are only working with the key on

    2006 Tundra Double Cab
    Icon 3" Stage 2 lift. 33"x12.5" on 18" K&N Cold Intake Stereo with Infinity speakers n 12" JL sub and amp Trying to install keyless with remote start.
    Don't know what I did. But my automatic door locks only work with the key on. Everything works all the doors unlock n lock when the key is on. But nothing works with the key off I have to manually lock all doors.
    Can any one help
