    Forgive me if I missed it in this thread and hopefully its related enough to ask, anyone have any special tricks to make the "clear ice"?

    Favorites - depends on who's buying. Go to is Generally Bookers/Bakers/Knob Creek/Basil / Buffalo Trace and Weller (if I can find it).

    I like the Pappy 10/12 more than the 15 and have only been fortunate enough to try to the 20/23 once.

    FINISH: Lingering sweet coffee and vanilla that finally fade to a classic dry coffee bean finish.
