Looking at the carfax this truck has two reported damges
    https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?partner=DEY_0&vin=5TFBV54188X074974
Might want to call Toyota of Iowa City where most of the maintenance were done and see if they can sent you all the maintenance records in doing so they might end up sending you the last ownders info also so you might be able to speak to the last owner and get some idea of how bad those damages were and then take it from there. Also in the carfax shows that
Zeck Ford did the following Maintenance inspection completed Battery/charging system checked Tire condition and pressure checked interior cleaned Vehicle washed/detailed. I wouldn't believe a word of that.

Doesn’t look that bad to me as long as no major damages based off of the car fax. I live up in Wisconsin and the first place to show rust on my truck is the towing package (but that’s all brands/all trucks up here). You can knock that rust off and re paint

I think every Tundra I looked at had the same rusty battery terminals and the two lines (AC I think) on the driver's side of the truck. To look for rust look at the rear axle and the leaf springs. Toyota has undercoated the frames on a lot of the trucks so unless you know what to look for it'll most likely be covered up. But, at least the ones I looked at around me, they didn't undercoat the axle.

On my 2000' Tundra the rear cover (it's welded in place but it's much thinner steel than the rest of the axle housing) on the axle rusted out. At first I thought maybe the pinion seal had failed but oil was leaking out just in the rear but not at the fill plug. I ended up making a new one and welding it in place. This was about 2 years after Toyota replaced the frame. When the rocker panels rusted out I ended up just searching the internet and buying a Tundra that spent it's whole life in South Carolina. I got a cheap flight and drove it 900 miles home. The difference is night and day.

That seat is pretty torn up too for only 115k miles. My truck has some weird rust around my battery box, but, it definitely was a battery problem. Honestly looks like a battery blew up a bit. Acid marks all around it. But, it's a CO truck, so no other rust anywhere. As others have stated, can probably do better in the midwest for the money.

    Cheers!

looks kinda sketchy that there is that much rust around the tow hitch area. to me that would mean there is a lot more rust underneath. i think this year qualifies for the frame replacement though, but id check with a toyota dealer if its eligible before you buy it. if its not then run away.

its also going pretty cheap for only 115k miles. that makes me wonder if there is something wrong with it.
