When I first got my truck I drove down to Virginia for my cousins wedding. When we were leaving the hotel, a guy in a Tacoma was waiting outside for me. He said he had been waiting for 20 minutes just to complement me on my truck and check it out. A lot of weird, but kinda cool. I know I cant stop looking at it.

I’m down, maybe we can get something going after the Christmas. We can meet up at Crabbys or something. They are open on the weekends in the off-season.

Depends on how the new little one transitions, but I like that idea. Would be sweet to get some white stuff(not the illegal kind) and do it.

People equate Yotas with reliability and seeing a Tundra is a good feeling when it's mostly the big 3 roaming around.

owning a handsome Tundra is a blessing and a burden.
Can one help but be envious of the owners of the most magnificent 4WD vehicles on God's blessed Earth!? *sigh*IMG_20181210_202826.jpg

I bought the Tundra mainly for camping and fishing. But, we use the truck for just driving to visit the kids at 60 and 120 miles away. Wife likes the legroom in the Tundra. The first time my wife drove the Tundra by herself, she came back and said that was fun.

Good to know that I'm not the only one getting compliments from random people. I've had my truck almost 5yrs and still hear it.

A few weeks ago a guy next to me (gas station) in a F150 asked how I liked my truck. I of course told him I love it. He proceeded to tell me it’s a great looking truck and he would’ve purchased one over his F150 if they weren’t so expensive.
There was a bit of sadness in my heart for him lol.
His Ford was 6-7 years old so I assume he was referring to pre-owned pricing.

I've got compliments on my storm trooper as well. (Start the storm trooper sound track).

My 2016 never got any compliants, the 3 years I've owned it. Go figure.

I can't break away from my 2016 for the new grill and headlights. I get crap for the chrome (The back is paint matched) but will likely never change it unless someone is dieing to give away MGM surrounds, bulges, and end caps.
Now once we get a total plug and play LED/Harness I'll bite. The truck is solid. No reason for me to ditch her.
I need a new head unit because the tech is crappy but I'll wait for a good deal. Ahh the life of a retiree.
