Hi all, I have a 16 sr5 crewmaxx and I did the 18 headlight upgrade about 7 months ago. Everything worked great until yesterday the passenger light stopped working then would turn on after I cycled the light on off.
After a few bumps on road it would turn off and on. Now the drls wont even turn on.
    Any help is appreciated.
Sorry if this is a repeat but I couldn't find anything on this

I think I got it from eldoubleu . I had him retrofit some headlights last year.
You think it may be the harness?

Sounds like a loose connection of the light is going out after hitting a bump in the road

I would check the connections and use a zip tie to secure them together. Check the wires in the plugs as well

DRLs have very light gauge wire and it can be tough to get a good connection when splicing. Same goes for the connectors. You definitely having a loose connection. I have not had any problems with headlights themselves but have with the DRLs. Securing well with zip ties has fixed.

You guys were right as far as loose connection. I removed passenger headlight and noticed the plug was not pushed in all the way. When I pushed it in the ground wire popped out . No connection means no lights lol. Reinstalled now everything is good.
Thanks for the quick replies. You are appreciated
