The wheels should fit because I bought them from my friend with a 2nd gen taco. The TRD center cap is slightly too small to fit the wheel. So I need to find a way to make it stay

I know it can be done. Remember like 2 years ago on TW when all the rage was 2nd gen tacos with FN wheels or SCS wheels with TRD center caps? I just gotta figure out how they did it. Maybe they fit perfectly, maybe they had to rig em. I dunno but I'm gunna figure it out  happy thanksgiving. Bout to get dressed, have breakfast, then gather all my parts for a photo shoot lol

    :rofl:Casper got it.

Not sure if there is a good way to do it, I believe those wheels weren't made for caps but I never tried to install any.

None yet - plan backup camera, led lighting, head unit, box organizer, and canopy or tonneau if one can be found local affordable.
I got my timing belt and all related (Aisin kit), water pump, new serp belt and new serp belt tensioner, and tstat. Next week is the electric fan conversion and stereo install! Then in the not so distant future I'm gonna build a new center console to accommodate a 10" sub.. Need more $ for the fun!!

Autozone deal expires 11/25. Best combo deal I’ve seen in years.

Sung to The Doors rhythm: ‘I woke up this morning and I got myself a (beer) battery’.

Battery (Bosch) was purchased 3 years and 3 weeks ago. Warrantied for 3 years and prorated after due to it being a premium brand. Guy at Pepboys said its close enough so its free!

New felts and I de-ox’d the terminals pretty good with some gel. Should be set for three more years!

Swung by Autozone on the way home and grabbed 2 jugs and 2 premium filters of Mobil1 for $54 bucks total. Stole it.

Seriously thinking about doing this ONLY if the dash becomes brighter. The green doesn’t bother me as much as dimness.

    400 wet sand.
    Then painted the back blue.
Then removed the parts of blue for the check engine light, seat belt, low gas , blinkers and others.

Next sanded the back side of all the needels to get the red off.

So now it's blue background with clear/white needels.
    I'll post night picture soon.
