I have 2016 limited double cab with a 3/2 lift (blocks in rear) and rightrite airbags. I pryed my leaf ends apart put grease in there, tightened u bolts, tightened bed bolts, lubed bushings, replaces stock shocks with ome nitro chargers, removed skid plate. It does not make the noise when I bounce on the number or shake the bed. I’m stumped and it’s driving me crazy https://youtu.be/2zhYQ_SwXr4

Also if you’ve had the bed lined and they removed your bed bolts, check to make sure they are torqued. It’s either 62 or 67 foot pounds. I had a pop after I had my bed linexed and found out my bed bolts weren’t tightened.

Man that sounds just like my truck did when the bed bolts were loose. Did you replace any bushings or add a swaybar?

No rear sway bar.. just new rear shocks. How many bed bolts are there? Just the torx in the bed or are there others?

When did the noise start? My front end also used to make that noise until I replaced and upgraded the front suspension with a lift.
Have you laid underneath the truck and tried to isolate where the sound is coming from?

prob like a month and a half ago. Haven’t done anything to it. Haven’t been able to lay under it yet. I don’t trust my wife’s driving for me to lay under there or I could have pissed her off and not know it so I’m not gonna risk it

I tracked mine down just laying underneath and pushing the truck around a little bit. Obviously in park Lol. Maybe she could get up in the bed and move around to re-create the noise?
