I have 2018 tundra, just installed a 7inch lift. Did install the carrier bearing drop kit, vibration is slight only when from stop position to pulling out. Getting a soft humming noise(25to30mph) then goes away. Any idea what could be? I do have front wheel spacers in the front, because of stock tires at the moment. Could this be the cause?

I don't think that cause the issues but everything is possible these days.

What do you think could be? Wheel bearings already?

I am no expert and have not heard these noises on my truck as it’s my first tundra but if this started after the lift, I would look to that. Especially the drive train-and drive shafts. The angles are changed and something may be beyond the specs for that part. IMO it sucks but That noise is your friend now because it’s warning you before real damage is done. Whatever changes were made are causing stress and tension where you don’t want it.
Wheel bearing noise increases and decreases when you turn depending upon which bearing is under more load. It would be a rare coincidence that you lose a bearing in a new truck just when you get a lift.
