Taillights tint

Hey everyone. Just installed LED taillights. Worked great for a week. Then passenger side goes black when lights on and brake applied. Also causing some back feed to computer with loss of acceleration. Needless to say I disconnected it and trying to return or replace the light. Anyone else have any issues with LED lights? Thanks
