    That thing has been helpful over the years. I pulled it from someone on Tundrasolutions back in 2010 when I broke a speed sensor. Good info

    Yes, I will be going with an ICON package put together by SDHQ .. had a family emergency last week, so it will be a few weeks before I pull the trigger.

    @KevinK @Acrotalus @sdhq_offroad @olsin6 @papasmurf

    Thought I would add my input here regarding post from @papasmurf and my setup. I decided to swamp my 600lb Icon springs to 700lbs for a few reason. 1- My preload was maxed out on the 600lb based off ride height I was running and increase of front weight (added SC). 2- It was getting a bit soft even with dialing in the CDC settings to H settings. My setup up is a bit different as well from traditional 2.5 Icon coilover. Most of the feedback I've been reading from folks running single 2.5 with a 700lb spring, will see more stiffness because of the increase of rate of stock 600lb (most complaint).

    Preload Settings:

    600lb spring
    2.5" from bottom of cap to adjustment collar (41" ride height-ground to bottom of fender)

    700lb spring
    1 1/8" from bottom of cap to adjustment collar (41 1/14" ride-height-ground to bottom of fender)

    I'm also running a secondary that is doing all the work! Yes, my 2.5 has 700lb spring (no CDC), but the coilover is also re-valved because of the secondary CDC adjustability. So in theory, my 700lb spring will be on the softer side than a standalone 2.5 Icon coilover with 700lb. Does that make sense?

    I wheeled it this past weekend, and the ride quality has improved over the original setup more than I expected. I think this setup is defiantly what I was looking for and the 700lb springs helped out with improving with suspension cycling and increased ride quality over medium to big stuff.

    Hopefully this helps with some of the questions around my Icon setup. Let me know if anyone has feedback or additional questions.

    this all sounds about right, same as me, i went to 700lb spring with revalved coilover and running bypass. deff a much better ride now.

    Hey dude! Good to see you on here! Glad to hear that 700lb spring is working out. That’s solid logic on the reason for change.

    If only I could transfer all my post and threads from TT over, hahaha..

    @KevinK Super happy with the setup so far, probably going Bypass RXT/Icon leaf pack in the next few weeks to put the cherry on top!

    Haha! I went over there to check on some research I had done 4 years ago about flex fuel. I had hundreds of notifications sitting there since I haven’t been on TT for maybe a year.

    Kudos to Tundras dot com for an ad-free forum and good mobile interface.
