i have a 2016 tundra with the work truck package vinyl floors and seats which is nice and easy to keep clean which I like but I am getting out of the lawn care business I still want to drive a tundra but something a little nicer. Would it be worth it to upgrade the truck I currently own with bumpers headlights fog lights rims and tires maybe a small lift and also add running boards or purchase a truck with all the things I’m looking for? Just seeing if anyone has been in the position I’m in. I’m thinking I would have to drop 6-7 grand on the current truck.. that’s a decent down payment if I also consider trade.

Welcome Justin. I think there are a lot more factors to consider like mileage, TSS package, upgraded trim level etc.

Slightly different situation...I leased my 2016 SR. Had an F150 that was costing me more to keep on the road than it was worth. So my cheapest option for a full size that was reliable was to lease this SR. Now my lease is about up and I really WANT to move on to a TRD Sport or something nicer but cant quite swing it yet with a recent house purchase. So my plan is to keep the SR for a few years and just make it less BLAH!!! cheap set of wheels and tires coming next week, tint the windows and paint match the grill surround and I should be satisfied for a while.
