Yes, will fit fine. Chassis is the same from '07 thru '19. They will bolt up fine.

Any body care to elaborate on spring experience? I have a 08 regular cab and I think the front is sagging slightly. I have my stock 17 crewmax springs lying around I’m thinking of swapping. Any experience?

    Sorry to thread jack.

I bet they would work fine. Not sure if the factory had different spring rates or not for the different models.

Related Question: If you put complete CrewCab struts on a DoubleCab does it lift the front slightly?

I speculate the spring is stiffer since vehicle weight is higher...anyone know?

I dont believe so, iirc the CM has lower front ground clearance. You can compare the different models in the owners manual

I just install them yesterday and I totally forgot if one was specifically for the driver side or they can go on either side?
