Help with the Dashboard

Hi, this is my first post to the Forum, and I have 3 questions for all of you tundra savvy people out there, I apologize if this has been previously answered:

-I have had my tundra for about a month now, and decided it was time to upgrade the dashboard a bit, Im adding a Dual USB port mount in one of the four dashboard spaces, and I was wondering, is there a better place behind the dashboard to plug the port? I included pictures of the mount, its a toyota part, and it has the end bare cables, but it also has a plug that seems to belong somewhere specifically, any guidance is appreciated, before I simply splice the cigarrette lighter and connect from there

-secondly, in removing the blank covers, I found out that the one to the right of the auxiliar port, actually had a female plug sitting behind it, after scouting the internet for a while, I found out that the 2 far blanks are for heated seats, but for the life of me I still cant figure out what the center right port is for.

I included another picture, and any help is appreciated.

-third, is there an after market adapter that would allow me to connect the toyota AUX plug to an actual 3.5 AUX Jack? I replaced the stock stereo for a Pioneer, and even though it has bluetooth, it also has a 3.5 port, seems like a waste not to connect it.

 

so, I did some reading today, as I suspected, the two extremes are for the seat heaters/coolers, and I found something interesting, the center right one has a diamond shaped thing that says "toyota security" any idea what that is for?

 

I replaced p481 and 482 with two double USB outlets. you can wire the oem aux/usb back to your aftermarket stereo so you can use them as audio inputs. splice the aux and for usb you buy an adapter from Metra.

so, I finished my install. I wired the USB directly to firewall cables, and zip tied everything behind the console, should stay neat until the end of times.

as far as the toyota security thing, it seems to belong to a RS3000 or a RS3200 OEM Alarm Interface, and I just dont care for that system. will be installing a compustar or viper remote keyless system soon.

as far as the 3.5 aux cable goes, I'll have to settle for Bluetooth for a while, I haven't find a proper harness to convert from OEM aux to 3.5 aux.
