Automatic running boards

Looking for decently priced automatic running boards for a 2018 tundra Platinum.. any suggestions?? Thanks any advance

 

4wheelparts was having a special, my dad got his for 1400 or 1500 installed, cant remember exact price. I dont know if they are still doing it but they may have a decent price on their site

 

Second for 4 Wheel Parts. They were doing a sale of no sales tax and free install on AMP Powersteps. I got mine installed out the door for $1399 (AMP MSRP).

 

If referring to retractable, they are the priciest. Decently priced is all your perception. Amp research has some good ones, they are $1500-1700 ish.

There are may fixed nerf bars from $250 and up.

Google search is your friend.

I loved the power running boards until year 2 and the motor burnt out and n3eded replaced

 

Amp steps are best. Still one of my favorite mods and that’s saying a lot. 4 years with mine and no problems at all

 

4Wheel Parts has a big sale later today (10-6-2018) from 9-5, so, you may be able to get a good deal. Plus, they install and warranty their work.

 

They have a 5 year warranty, were they not willing to cover it? At that price, I need to get more than 2 years out of mine...

 

I got them fixed on warrenty. Just figured both motors going out in 2.5 years made me dred having to deal with same thing after the warrenty. Again could just been bad lot of motors I had. Not heard anything negative outside my experience. Just understand there are only 3 parts they replace. Motor. Wiring and boards. So if something goes wrong its a replace of one of the three even if an internal component

 

Bestop also makes makes power running boards but no one seems to buy 'em.
