Probably easier to just start adding radishes and Dijon mustard in our burgers.

So, I finally found a pressure switch 10psi on 40psi off. So what you say? I've got this idea (great, here we go again) to build a manifold for automatically filling all 4 tires with an auto shut off at 40psi. With this setup, I could walk around and give the other Bastrds shit while they're airing up and mine will automatically shut off with all the tires filled to 40psi. @KevinK deserves some credit as I plan to use whips like I saw in his build. At each wheel well there'll be a quick connector for the whips. I haven't decided whether to use an air tank or a simple manifold under the truck. I'd still like to have an outlet with 125/150 psi just because.

    More to come.

Cool, Thanks. There are, at least in my mind, a couple different ways to do this so I'd love to see how you accomplished it.

Finally got the upgraded compressor installed. It was a little more difficult than I thought it'd be. The compressor didn't come with a wiring harness or breathers and my mount was designed for a single, not a twin. So everything had to be modified. I provided a spot to mount the manifold so I can easily add lockers later. I've got a good size leak though so I'll need to look at that tomorrow.
I've also got a 3 gal (5 gal, I forget. the dimensions were more important than the # of gallons) tank arriving next week which will necessitate modification to the current plumbing. I plan to use the tank as a manifold and have a simple SPDT switch to switch between 2 different pressure switches. More on that later.

I think I like where you’re going with the tank and pressure switches if my assumptions are correct.

I was just reading Komodo's build thread to see what your whips look like. It was a good idea to just use schrader valves. I was thinking quick connect couplers.

Nice Warren, I can't believe you fit it in there with your TRD intake. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your design, @KevinK set up is cool as shit. I ended up having a mount fabricated for mine where the spare tire was under the bed although I don't like how the skid protecting it turned out so I am go to re-do that.

Do you worry about the compressor ever being under water back there?

I thought about that for a long time but decided as high as the rear end sits I can still go through 2 1/2 feet of water and be safe. The compressor sits a little above the frame as you can see in this picture it's pretty high up, it sits right above the bar on my rear bumper about the same height as my 35" tire. I was going to put it in the bed but my space is so limited I decided on this location.

@n2deep put his compressor up inside the bedside somehow. It’s pretty trick.

Damn Greg, your truck is so sick! We need a build thread, PLEASE.
So, SUA and shock mount relocate in the rear? What length shocks? They look like 3.ohhhs?

Yeah I saw that on Bruce's truck as well I was going to do that and still might. I actually bought a Tacoma bedside mount but it wasn't looking like it was going to fit real well without some modification to it. Who knows you know how it goes you try stuff it fails and you try again.

Thanks working on a build thread but I have been having a rough couple weeks. The shocks are 3.0s but 16" it's full LT with custom bed cage and all.

I love the profile of that cage. Low and tight. Leaves plenty of room in the bed.

Thanks, we were fortunate because of moving the spring mounts forward we gained a little height then with the custom leaf packs even more. That allowed us to mount the shocks a little lower, honestly I could of and should of gone with 18"s but I had already purchased and installed these before I figured all the travel out. I still might someday but happy for now. I think I have all my bed space worked out to the sq inch and will be taking advantage of the space above the cage.

Warren I am so sorry, I did not mean to do this on your awesome build page. I will get my own started as not to derail anyone, my sincere apologies.

Don't worry, the pics of HIS BA truck are quite humbling. Especially after a full day of wheeling.
