Bar rack for 2016

2016 TRD

I need a bar rack and I'd like it to be adjustable for height, up for lumber and ladders, down for surfboards, etc. Thule makes one (Xporter) but it requires removal or the side track that holds the adjustable tie downs. Anyone know of a different height adjustable rack where I can leave the tie down track on or some work around for saving the track? OI don't mind drilling holes inthe bed and I have some welding capacity.
