New to a Tundra

    Hello all, I traded my 11 Tacoma TRD sport for a 19 Tundra sr5 DC. I love the truck but problems already.
    I normally listen to serius/xm, and 3 days after I got the truck I found out there was no am/fm reception. Went back to the dealer they found the antenna cable cut. Apparently the antenna cable is in 3 sections. Ofcourse the center cable was cut, dealer told me it is undef warreny and would take 2 days. I drop it off this past monday, I get a call Mon night they broke a few clips i. The dash and had to order them so it wont be ready untill Wed around noon. Sooo Wed T 1:30 I call leave message, 3:30 I get a call the everthing works we just need to put if back together and the tech was staying late to finish it. Well I took off from work today and around 8:30 I call. Leave message no call back. I drive over see my truck out back still apart. Pissed off I go home thinking I will get a call with some BS excuse. Hour later I call, still no response as of rt now1:50 pm. 4 days to replace an antenna wire. Not a happy tundra owner right now. As for the truck in general it is awsome.

    Thank you all for the warm welcomes. I got my truck back finally, everything work but the service guy told me they had to order the speaker cover for the right side of the dash because when re-installing it. It does not sit flusg like it should. I said ok whatever when the part comes in call me. I took the truck home popped off the speaker cover put it back in an now it sits flush and perfect. Called the dealer told them to forget the order I fixed it. Have a nice weekend LOL. Wont be going back there anymore.
