Homemade front bumper (90% completed)

    It weighs about 85lbs. My last bumper was 135. An OEM bumper is roughly 60. The winch being another 80.

    Some things I still need to do are:
    - Cut more metal off the channel pieces to save a few more pounds of weight.
    - Either gusset the recovery points ..or remove them altogether because it's really rare for my truck needing to be pulled and I have a winch; plus, if needed, a strap can always be wrapped around the bottom tube.
    - Figure out license plate mount
    - Consider adding aluminum plating

    After the fab work is done, I'll send it off for a real powdercoat job and then mount the winch.

    Pretty rare to see it drive around. I work from home so I usually only leave the house for a quick lunch or at 5p to go to the gym. You're always welcome to stop by the place and check out the truck, haha.
