After checking every single front and rear suspension component, including putting the whole truck on a lift, it turns out this was the culprit. Apparently it's been a thing on 2nd gens too. (Part circled in red, it's foamy because I sprayed some WD40 on it to see if that'll work)

It's behind the front grill, next to the horns. Looks like it's connected to the A/C condenser.

Anyone have tips on how to stop the rattle? I tried silicone lube, which only stopped it for a few minutes. Grease gun with needle tip? Taking off the grill and sticking a thin felt pad in between?

I just loosened the black bracket, tweaked it, and tightened. Took a couple tries, but you can jiggle the condenser to check while tweaking with the grill off. There is one on the driver side, it was easy to see why the passenger squeaked on mine in comparison. Drove me nuts.

WD40 solved it for now... Next time it starts I'll pull the grill off and adjust

Yup, condenser mount bushing. Few posts can be found using the search function. Glad you figured it out.

I had this exact issue and the dealer couldn’t figure it out. After they looked at it for a while they thought the squeak was coming from the dash and wanted to take the dash apart. I told them F no!! I finally figured out where it was coming from. Took it back to the dealer and they said they put some silicone on it and it hasn’t made a peep since. That was over a year ago. Sorry you had to go through the same frustration!
