Sounds like you wheel pretty hard.

Might want to look at even a stronger coil over setup than Bilstein.

    King, Toytec, Fox, ICON...etc.

Depends on your budget, 6112’s/5160 is a good combo with a good price. The best is king shocks but it’s more pricey, I’ve wheeled mine pretty hard to where I bent one wheel off-road and had to go back to stock wheels. The kings took everything with a smooth and controlled ride, no leaks no problems. Plus they are rebuildable meaning you don’t have to buy new ones just repair them, you can dissect the shock itself to make it ride smooth or hard(no homo).

Here is your issue, you mentioned leveling kit, which i assume is a spacer and taller shock?

ditch the spacer and get a proper coilover. You will continue to have that problem with a spacer, they put too much stress on the shock causing premature failure.

Now, as far as coilovers there are tons of options and price ranges from High-end kings and fox to mid price ADS Elka and others. shop around to find what works for you. But step #1 ditch the spacer and get full coil overs.

I’d look into OME 614’s set up if I were you. You can get shocks front/rear, block in the rear and a SPC uca for around $1,200-1,300.

The only advantage of 5100s over 4600s would be the ability to adjust/raise them. As others have said, though, you probably want something beefier if you're off-roading a lot.

Not to Jack the tread...but how do you chose which lift to go with? What's the difference in King, ADS, Icon, toytec?

mostly cost, but build and function is mildly different

for cost and function basically, it goes like this

King and Fox are expensive but race technology and options are available and they are proven!
Icon just about same as fox and king, different technology in their valving, great for mild to hard off road and on road use, but they are expensive too
ADS is nipping at their heals but cost less (doesnt mean they suck, they are great shocks)
Toytec cheaper, mild offroading type stuff but great entry coilover

then there is stuff like procomp, fabtec and elka who make good stuff but i wouldnt put my $ on them.
