2007 Tundra. Sympton: Blower switch occasionally does not turn on the blower motor. Cycling switch, nothing. Sometime it works and sometimes it doesn't. Had to reach in blower motor to manually spin it once to get it going, and then another occasion attempted to spin it and didn't work at all. So before I start buying replacement parts, any methods to troubleshoot/isolate, test and check switch and blower motor? Thanks.

Did you end up finding out what was wrong with your blower? Having the same issue. The blower motor sometimes runs at a very slow speed.

Replaced blower motor no issues since then. It was about $100 and replaced cabin filter as well. Easy to replace a few screws and a connector.

I also just replaced mine after it went out on me. I didn’t have the intermittent issues, it just stopped blowing a few days ago. There are good videos on YouTube that show this. Remove a panel and three screws. Extremely easy
