Noticed a small rock chip on the rocker panels of my 2018 crewmax, exposing the silvery-gray primer underneath. That rubbery paint also seems to not adhere very well -- fingernail could lift the edges of the chip.

What is preferred method of touch-up? There doesn't seem to be any "rubbery" paint in a tube, like normal touch up paint.

Will normal primer & paint stick to the rubbery paint?

That is rocker guard coating. 3M makes it, as does Duplicolor. You can get it in a spraybomb. If you have a small chip you want to repair, you could probably spray some of the product into a cup and dab it on.
