Compass button help

    So I was curious as to what the compass button does on the rear view Mirror when you hold it down. After about 3 seconds it let's you scroll from 1-12 i think but nothing happens. What do those numbers mean?

    Lost track after #1.
    Those are the zones used by the compass to determine direction. It's based upon where you are in North America. Check your owner's manual.
