Recommended supercharger installer in CA.

As the title states I’m looking for recommendations on where to have my SC installed in California. I’ve read a few threads but it would seem a lot of those threads were posted a few years ago. I just want to get an idea of anyone who had it done recently. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks Keith, Shane is off today but I was told by the gentleman covering for Shane that they no longer do installs.

In fact, they now send everyone to their partner shop TE Motorsports Escondido.

 

After installing my supercharger i was going through some paper work and found out that any ASE certified mechanic can install the supercharger. In other words you can have any shop (big or small) install it as long as it is installed by a ASE certified mechanic. Magnuson web site has searh opp for there dealers/installers.

 

I used that search function this morning and it’s quite unreliable. For example I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is a dealer/insteraller in my town. BUT they do not carry the SC for imports or european cars/trucks(owners words).

So yes while he is an authorized dealer/installer, it doesn’t mean it’s for your specific make and model. Which prompted me to make this thread

Furthermore when plunking down a large chunk a change, I find personal experience from others far more reliable than the internet reviews on Google/yelp.
