Just got my new 18’ this morning. Traded in my 13’ that I had a 2” leveling kit installed and it looked and ran great. I’ve been reading the input on the threads in this forum and not sure what my next step should be. I want my new one leveled if possible. Shouldn’t my brand new one have all of the software updates necessary to go ahead with the leveling kit or should I check with my dealer here in Texas?
    Thanks for any input.

Thanks and appreciate the info. I’ll look up those threads. Just don’t want to mess up a brand new truck.

Welcome from Arizona. From everything that I've read, the TSS problems are not related to lifting / leveling the truck. I've also seen input from Toytec lifts indicating that Toyota advised them that about .75 inches or more of rake is needed to for the TSS to work properly. As previously mentioned, if the TSS malfunctions when the truck is level, what happens when people put a payload in the bed or hook up to a trailer? When the rear end squats down due to the load, does the TSS malfunction? Does the TSS know whether the truck is level due to a payload or because of a lift?

Also, it was my understanding that the relocation bracket is used primarily for people who want to change to a different grill, usually the Pro grill. Is that not correct?

I've got the Toytec Boss 3/1 and also have the TSS. No issues at all with that system malfunctioning. It works as designed which still gets on my nerves sometimes but...
