Two questions.....turn signal bulb appears to be on but when i use the switch it blinks really fast. Any suggestions?

I have a 2012 xsp-x with a damaged passenger side rear fender. Can i get just the one fender in white?

You could try to find a used white fender on a similar year model in a salvage yard.
